How do I log in to IGP LMS?

Step 1
Click on the URL below
https://campus.igp-powder.com/login/index.php This will direct you to the loginpage of IGP LMS.

Step 2
Select IGP LMS Employee.

Step 3
If you are not logged in to the Active Directory, you will be directed to a new page. You can log in with the credentials of your IGP LMS Windows account.

Step 4
Enter your Username and Password and click on Sign in to log in to IGP LMS.

How do I access a module?

Step 1
On your Home page, click on My learning on the top navigation bar.

Step 2
All the modules are assigned to you are available on this page.

Step 3
Choose the module you want to view and click on the Start button.

Step 4
You will be redirected to the module page.

Step 5
Click on the sub-module you would like to access.

NOTE: The sub-modules should be completed in sequential order.

Step 6
The sub-module will launch in a new window.

Step 7
Once you have completed the sub-module, click on the Exit button to close the window.

How do I resume the last course I have taken?

Step 1
On your Home page, click on Resume last course to access the module that you had previously logged out of.

Step 2
You will be redirected to the module page.

Step 3
Click on the sub-module link that you last viewed from this page to relaunch it. The sub-module will open in a new window.

Step 4
You will be asked if you would like to resume the sub-module from where you left off, or start again from the beginning.

Step 5
Make your selection and view the course.

How do I see my Achievements, badges and view the IGP LMS Leader board?

Click on Home tab and navigate to My achievements tab.

For your My Achievements / Badges :

Step 1
My Achievements are displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.

Step 2
Badges are displayed on the left-hand side of the screen.

For the Leaderboard :

Step 1
Leader board scores are calculated for learning modules.

The Leader board is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 2
The points displayed on the Leader board are the total of your scores from all completed modules.

How do I know what training I need to complete?

Step 1
On the Home page, click on “MY LEARNING” tab.

Step 2
User can see all the enrolled courses under 'All' highlighted tab.

Step 3
Click the “Start” button for the course to be taken those trainings need to complete by the user.
Where can I find my certifications?

Step 1
On Home page, click on the dropdown button located at the top right-hand corner of the screen, and select transcript.

Step 2
Click on download button then user can download the respective course certificate.
How do I earn Leader Board points?

To earn the points, the user needs to complete all enrolled courses. After completion of each training, gained points will be added into the user account.

IGP LMS is running slowly – what should I do?

If user faces performance related issues or LMS being slow:
Step 1
Check internet bandwidth.

Step 2
Clear browser cache.

Step 3
Re-login to the portal again.
If the issue remains the same, feel free to contact Helpdesk / LMS administrator.
